Rhett has over 20 years in the real estate industry, primarily in development, acquisitions, asset management, and strategic planning. Previously CEO at RG Property and various transactions & development roles at Stockland. Rhett holds an MBA from AGSM (UNSW), a Bachelor of Business from UTS, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Joint Managing Director

David has over 20 years in real estate investment and funds management. Previously Head of Capital Transactions at ISPT, Managing Director at Fort Street Real Estate Capital and office transactions at Charter Hall and Macquarie, executing over $4 billion in real estate deals. David holds an Meng, is AFSL RE accredited, and a licensed real estate agent.

Chairman

Peter has over 35 years in the real estate industry, with a strong track record in commercial and residential investment and development. As Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Vector Property, he also chairs and serves on the investment committees for multiple unlisted property trusts, providing strategic oversight on acquisitions, developments, and asset management.

Chief Financial Officer

Nando has over 30 years in finance and real estate, primarily in accounting, company secretarial duties, and financial operations. Previously CFO of RG Property, and various roles at Grey Sinclair Chartered Accountants, Shorter Group, and BDO Chartered Accountants. Nando holds a BComm and is a Chartered Accountant as well as a member of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Head of Asset Management

Charles has over 15 years in real estate and investment banking, and is primarily responsible for property & asset management, asset strategy and leasing at Vector. Previously Head of Asset Management at RG Property, Equities Analyst at CLSA and Corporate Finance at Deloitte. Charles holds a BComm and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
